Daniel JamesCARSONSusan and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all of their thoughts, help and kindness at this extremely sad time. We would also like to thank everyone who has been involved in Daniels care and support over the past 16 years, to include Leighton Hospital, Dr"s Surgeries and pharmacy, Alder Hey Children"s Hospital, Great Ormond St Children"s Hospital, Springfield School and the Out reach Teams. There are just far too many organisations to recall at this sad time. If you are not mentioned it does not mean that you are forgotten, far from it. Also Ian and staff from Kezbeccs. The Rev Razzall, Joseph O"Connell, the funeral director and staff for taking special care of Daniel. Many thanks for all flowers and donations.
